Commerce Disclosure (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)

This page sets out the terms of the optional “Support” payment for LiveSub Web (“the Service”) provided by LiveSub. All features of the Service are free to use.

Price

All features of the Service are free. The “Support” payment is optional, and you choose the amount on the payment page. The amount shown on the payment page is the full amount you pay.

Additional fees

None. You are responsible for your own internet connection costs.

Payment methods

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is made on a page operated by Stripe, Inc. Depending on your environment, other card-based methods (such as Link) may also be offered.

When payment is taken

Payment is taken when you complete the payment page. It is a one-off payment; there is no recurring charge.

Delivery

Nothing is delivered in return for the payment. The Service is available free of charge, with the same features, whether or not you pay.

Returns, cancellation and refunds

Because of the nature of the payment, we do not as a rule give refunds for a change of mind. If you entered the wrong amount or were charged twice, please contact us and we will look into it and respond individually.

Requirements

The Service requires Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop computer. Firefox on a desktop computer works by capturing audio from a microphone or audio input device (that audio is processed only on your device and is never stored or sent). For YouTube and Twitch videos, Firefox on a desktop computer with the LiveSub add-on also works. See the Terms of Use for details.
